What this site collects
The interactive demo uses fixed fictional scenarios in your browser. It does not ask for, transmit or persist client information. This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
Pilot-interest form
The organizational interest form collects your name, work email, organization, role, region, interest type and workflow challenge. After local validation, the website sends those fields to SmartBell Relay by email. Do not submit client, patient, medical or case information.
How inquiries are used
SmartBell Relay uses organizational inquiries to respond to your request and evaluate potential pilot participation. The inquiry does not make decisions about services or eligibility, and the website does not write form contents to an application database.
Questions
A successful submission stores only a five-minute cooldown expiry in your browser to reduce accidental duplicates; it does not store the form contents there. The delivered inquiry may remain in the recipient mailbox. Include only business contact and organizational information.
